Region Scout Rally 2023

20th May to 21st May
Region Scout Rally is a H&C Region run activity & is run & based on the Patrol System.
Cost includes Admin, Toilets & Bins, Entry Fees, Lighting towers, & Camping fees.
PL’s should read the PL letter & Gear list, on the Scoutreach website from 4th April & discuss info with their patrol.

There is one starting point – Sat 20th May – 9am at King St Public School Singleton.
Scouts will camp overnight back at the school, where there will be toilet facilities, water, security lighting, first aid base and cooking areas.
Patrols of scouts will complete activity bases at each RAC (Region Activity Base) on Saturday & Sunday located around the Singleton CBD. Your home scout leader will provide scouts with a gear list & suggested menu. Scouts will carry a daypack from RAC to RAC. Tents and main packs will be left at school.
Closing Parade is on Sunday 21st, 2pm at Burdekin Park Singleton – Stage (On New England Hwy).

Download the Patrol & Leader forms on this Operoo & send together with Group Cheque to the Region Office by Friday 13th May. Payment to the region office should be by Group cheque or Phone EFTPOS by arrangement.
Parents should have rally money & form to their SL well before the closing date, to allow time for rally patrols to be formed
